We stayed here for I think 4 nights recently. So glad we chose this place. The host Gabrielle and his wife are so sweet and kind and genuine. Very helpful at every turn, even helped us run some laundry which really was above and beyond. Breakfasts were wonderful. Room was large and very clean and pleasant. Easy to get in and out of, and the neighborhood is very nice, safe, pleasant and peaceful. Walking along the waterfront is great, and from our room we could see the sun set over the bay of Naples. Highly recommend this B&B!

How to describe this superb B&B?
It was just perfect. The hosts, Gabriele and Manuela, are just so welcoming, we felt at home. The Capri room is very spacious, well equipped, with 2 balconies, and a sea view. The delicious, home cooked breakfasts have many nice touches and are served punctually to the room every morning.
It is located close to Piazza Plebiscito, the Royal Palace, and the buzz of historic Naples. A good base from which to explore the Naples and the surrounding areas
We fell in love with Naples and our B&B. We plan to come back to both.

Great place to stay when visiting Naples. Friendly and attentive service. Guidance and suggestions as well as welcome snack on arrival were a nice touch. We also had a small dog and had no issues at all. We used the suggested parking nearby which worked well.

Ottimo bed&breakfast in posizione centrale, a due passi dai più noti luoghi di attrazione turistica. Camere confortevoli, servizio efficiente e di qualità. Eccellente colazione con prodotti locali. Da consigliare.

Excellent stay at this B&B with our wonderfully warm and welcoming hosts - Gabrielle and his family. The rooms are spacious and clean, and also tidied every single day. Air-conditioning with both heating and cooling functions were available.

The breakfast was fully customisable and it was served to our room directly every morning at a timing of our choosing. We were pleasantly surprised with the immaculate attention to details and the care that was put into the preparation of the breakfast. The table setting, cutleries, crockeries and presentation of breakfast items were different each day, and there were little surprises (e.g. special bakes) prepared by the hosts every other day. Having such a spread in the comfort of our room with a view of the classic Italian neighborhood became a highlight of our trip.

The location was good as well - about 15 minutes walk from the Naples port, which can in turn be accessed from the airport via an Alibus at 5 euros.

Ho appena trascorso 2 gg nella splendida Napoli e nel miglior b&b:orsini46. Ottima la posizione, bello il palazzo, camere super pulite e curate nei dettagli. Manuela e Gabriele, i proprietari, sono due persone stupende che ti accolgono e ti fanno sentire a casa. Assolutamente da ritornare e da consigliare. Grazie !!! Claudia

Davvero una bella scoperta! Posizione ottimale per raggiungere qualsiasi attrazione, il mare era a 50 metri da noi. Bel palazzo storico e bella zona, sicura anche la sera. Camera ampia, perfetta per tre persone. Buona la colazione servita direttamente in camera. Ho apprezzato l'insonorizzazione delle camere, personalmente non abbiamo mai sentito chi ci era accanto. Padroni di casa super, gentilissimi e disponibili a ogni richiesta! Quando tornerò a Napoli, sarà la mia prima opzione!!!
Unica "nota negativa": i vicini del piano superiore che per due sere di fila hanno spostato pesantemente i mobili fino alle 22.30, magari sarebbe il caso di farglielo notare. Oltre a questo, davvero non abbiamo sentito rumori!

We throughly enjoyed our short stay at this charming b&b. We received a warm welcome from the family. The property is perfectly located, close to the sea and within walking distance of our favourite parts of the city. The rooms are very well appointed and immaculately maintained.
The breakfast was excellent. We have finally found the perfect accommodation in Naples, we will return again next year. Highly recommend this property.

Das perfekte Hotel, wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Zimmer war sehr schön. Das Frühstück war immer sehr lecker. Kann man nur Empfehlen. Jeder Wunsch wird erfüllt.

B&B bellissimo ed elegante in una posizione strategica, anche per muoversi a piedi nella splendida Napoli. La gentilezza e disponibilità dei proprietari aggiunge un bel tocco in più. Buonissime le sfogliatelle fatte in casa! Consigliatissimo

So prior to arrival Gabriele was in touch to ensure everything went to plan. We ended up arriving around 12 at lunchtime. We buzzed the door and were admitted in to the lobby wow ! The old fashioned lift /elevator was a real treat. On arrival Gabriele met us and let us in to our room. It had a lovely small balcony and AC that worked a treat.
