All the tripe dishes are excellent! Spaghetti with clams was not great; not enough flavor. Lots of people eating here tho! If I had to come back it’d be just for the tripe. We had all the tripes - salad, marinated and in a tomato sauce. Note that the tomato one is a bit funky. The organ meat was perfectly bouncy yet tender and crunchy.

Per gli amanti della trippa una tappa obbligatoria, anche il soffritto eccezionale! Servizio veloce, attento e cortese .Da migliorare il vino, troppo acidulo, e i servizi igienici.Se si vuole assaporare lo spirito gastronomico della vecchia Napoli bisogna ricercare posti come questo, totalmente immersi nella tradizione !

Had a take away plate of tripe, full of meat, for 6 euros and it was a totally value for money option. The service is good and fast, the atmosphere is chaotic but it's part of the charm.
Must try, special!
