We visited this restaurant during our trip for the D-Day commemoration. At first, everything seemed very welcoming — a friendly young woman greeted us, showed us to our table, and brought the menus. It was a nice start, and we were looking forward to our meal.
However, before we had a chance to order, a male waiter approached us. He asked if we were dining as a party of two and then requested that we move to a different table. We politely replied that we preferred to stay where we were, especially since the restaurant was nearly empty.
Unfortunately, his tone quickly turned rude and commanding, which made us feel very uncomfortable. Not wanting to let this ruin our mood on such a meaningful trip, we chose to leave and dine elsewhere.
It’s a shame, as the place had potential, but the attitude of the waiter left a very negative impression.
