EXCELENTE, Es un tres estrellas, que deberían ser cuatro. Las camas enormes, Y la relación calidad precio buenísima, El trato y el personal agradable.

My partner and I booked a two night stay in Astari for our anniversary weekend. Our first impressions was that the hotel lacked some personality and character. Some indoor plants and wall art wouldn’t have went amiss. The outdoor seating and garden area however is nice and the pool was kept very clean.
The service at reception was okay, nobody was exceptionally welcoming. Our beds were made and our towels were replaced in a timely manner. The room was supplied with a complimentary comb and toothbrush. The toothbrush was cleaned away and replaced with another disposable one which we felt was very wasteful and unnecessary. The bed was very comfortable and the area was quiet which made for a good nights sleep. The room also had a mini fridge supplied with some drinks that were overpriced and inside the fridge wasn’t cleaned properly. The bathroom was clean and the shower was nice.
The continental breakfast was good however there were a lot of processed food like doughnuts and cakes. Some more fresh fruit and healthier options would have been great.
There is some construction work happening at the moment in the hotel which was obvious as there were dirty footprints on the floor in reception.
Overall it was an average stay with a large comfortable bed but the lack of small details let the place down.

Absolutely fabulous! I don’t understand how can this place be 3 star hotel. It’s over the top. Rooms are stunning, location is perfect. Staff is just lovely, very kind, informative and professional.

Estuvimos la noche del 12 de septiembre del 2023 en pareja y el hotel nos resulto muy agradable.
Nos dieron una buena habitación con vista a la calle bien insonorizada, el aire acondicionado perfecto, buenos colchones, y baño perfecto. Solo nos falto un hervidor como detalle.
