Dans un cadre spectaculaire dominant la plage Santa Cristina, cet hôtel somptueux dispose d'une vue imprenable sur la mer et d'un accès direct à la plage.所有客房均设有露台，可俯瞰大海或山脉（公园）。Bar et buffet de la plage où les déjeuners sont servis durant l'été.Côté activités, une très grande piscine face à la mer, des terrains de tennis et un spa.Un délice peut-être plus perceptible hors saison, avec le sentiment de ne pas être à Lloret de Mar, qui reste encore accessible par le chemin de ronde.这间酒店让人不禁怦然心动。

I am a bit disappointed about this place because me and my boyfriend chose this hotel instead of another one mostly for its services. I don't pay a 5 starts hotel just to sleep in my room, I want to use the facilities available at the hotel otherwise I would have gone to a Bed and Breakfast.
Unfortunately the property is under refurbishment so there's no pool( it's the one in my picture), beach club and bar are closed and also the easy access to the beach is not available this means that you have to walk quite a lot to get there.
While you go to the beach you have no other choice rather than passing through the construction works and you can't even chill at the beach because they are drilling all the time and the noise is really annoying.
Some restaurants are closed.
Air con doesn't work in the room.
I think the hotel should specify this information on their website and also on all the OTAs where it's bookable and let the client choose if he wants this experience or not.
Also the pictures online are not reflecting the current situation, I will attach some real photos to this review.
I just think that they have created in me certain expectations, I was looking forward to have this weekend and enjoy the pool ect ect but none of that actually happened and I couldn't even choose for myself.
If I had known this in advance I would not have come to this place.
I believe this is not correct towards a paying customer.

As tourists from South Africa and Canada we expected more from this 5-Star Hotel. Food and breakfasts were average, staff average with the exception of the staff at breakfast, who were helpful and friendly. Services and WiFi were sub standard. With a great location like this the hotel could have been a lot better. We were also not informed about the renovations with no swimming pool available the experience was sub -standard. A missed opportunity to retain a customer.
