Very nice hotel located in the quiet part of Lloret de Mar - and the hotel is really quiet.
Rooms are nice and new, a little bit small for a week stay but maybe ok for a few nights. Bed was very good and the shower amazing.
Breakfast was good and staff amazing also in the reception. Nice small pool at the rooftop and nice small bar for drinks and coffee (but no snacks or lunch).
Housekeeping in the room was not very good. Floor was not cleaned and something was always forgotten (refill of shampoo and soap, refill of toilet paper, cleaning cloth left in the room, terrace door left fully open).
Overall a really nice hotel with amazing staff in reception, restaurant and pool bar.

Ich war 6 Nächte dort, in dieser Zeit wurde nicht 1mal die Bettwäsche getauscht, es wurde nicht gesaugt obwohl wir ein extra Zimmer mit Hund hatten und dafür auch extra bezahlt haben. In der Dusche gab es schwarzschimmel und hinter dem Fernseher war noch nie ein Staubwedel. Auch das Frühstück war alle Tage das gleiche keine Abwechslung Kaffee als Pulver löslich kein Bohnenkaffee was man bei 4 Sternen Adult erwarten könnte. Die skybar ist super nur der Pool war nicht nutzbar mit nur 23 grad konnte man es unmöglich darin aushalten was auch andere Gäste spüren mussten.

"We stayed at this beautiful place in early September, and what a discovery it was! The hotel is wonderfully located, incredibly peaceful, making you feel like you're in a tropical forest oasis, yet it's right in the center with no noise disruptions. The room was spacious, exceptionally clean, and came with a balcony. There's secure on-site parking available too.
As for the restaurant, I highly recommend making a reservation. The cuisine is meticulously prepared and absolutely delicious. The service was flawless.
When it comes to breakfast, there's an extensive and fresh selection. Excellent coffee, pastries, eggs and bacon, cheeses, fresh fruits, pancakes, and more. It was truly a delightful find."
As for the restaurant, I highly recommend making a reservation. The cuisine is meticulously prepared and absolutely delicious. The service was flawless.

This was my room floor since i arrived until i left
Dès la réception, nous avons été merveilleusement bien accueillis.
Le petit déjeuner du matin est complet, avec une tortilla excellente et des crêpes/pan cakes réalisés sur place chaque matin !
Nous avons profité d’un massage en duo que nous avons adoré.
Cote emplacement c’est super car ce n’est pas situé la où y’a la fiesta mais tout est faisable à pied.
L’hôtel dispose d’un parking donc c’est pratique, il faut manœuvrer un peu mais au moins la voiture est en sécurité pour la nuit.
En bref un super séjour comme on l’espérait !
