Fuimos con unos amigos a tomar algo, por la tarde, a la terraza del bar y la verdad es que la ubicación es inmejorable, precioso el lugar, pero los precios desorbitados y el servicio dejaba bastante que desear. Por el precio que nos cobraron (120 € por 2 gin tonics, 2 mojitos, 2 refrescos, un agua y una infusión), faltaban muchos detalles básicos, como por ejemplo las bebidas sin posavasos ni cañitas para tomar los mojitos; no trajeron servilletas; la infusión sin el azúcar ni el limón que había pedido... creo que un lugar como éste y con los precios de la carta, debería tener un servicio exquisito que precisamente no es el que ofrecen.

El millor hotel de la Costa Brava! Una ubicació privilegiada, unes instal•lacions espectaculars que et traslladen a la cúspide del luxe i una atenció al client excepcional. A més, el bufet és exquisit. Ubicat en una zona gastronòmica excel•lent, a peu del Camí de Ronda i la platja Sant Pol.

Wonderful quite and luxurious place. Service could be better for a 5star GL hotel, with exception of the restaurant.We found empty cosmetic bottles in our bed from previous guests…
Beware: the waiters of the Bar El Barco badmouth the guests, thinking that you do not understand Catalan. In our case we do. They were talking about guests that only have a drink and do not eat in their bar, like we did. We just had dinner in Candlelight restaurant beneath this bar and wanted to have a drink afterwards.They also badmouthed about other guests. Not nice to hear! We were sorry we did.
Dinner in restaurant Candlelight however was amazing: service, food, everything!
The location of the hotel could not be better and is really awesome!
