Una pensión sin más. No es gran cosa pero por precio y ubicación vale la pena si la idea es ir a dormir.

The location was really good. Right in the centre of Gerona. The room itself was fine, it was clean, not much but for €54 a night is was fine.
The host on the otherhand was rude and annoyed. We rang the doorbell not knowing the frontdoor was open. He let us in but quite aggressively told us not to ring the bell. The door to the reception is closed, so it's not very accessible if you want to get in contact with the host. 10 minuted before our checkout we were pushed to leave our room. When we eventually did the checkout we had to ring the bell and he half opened the door of the reception. We couldn't even get a goodbye from the guy.
The room was fine, but if you value good service do not book here.

Bon lloc per passar la nit, molt cèntric i tranquil. El llit doble una mica petit. Tot reformat i maco
Al arribar ens va fer el check-in una señora que no recordava ni com es deia, que ens va rebre dientnos que no hi havia lloc, que l'hotel estava complert i que no hi havia lloc per nosaltres. Però com que no hi ha lloc si tenim la reserva feta i pagada?? Almenys ens tornareu els diners?? Resposta: no ho se, ja veurem... Com que ja veurem? Haha Finalment vam fer el check-in, i minuts despres vam rebre un missatge on s'explicava que l'habitació on aquesta senyora ens havia fet el check-in no era el tipus d'habitació que haviem reservat i que haviem de pagar la diferencia. Per suposat, ens vam oposar a pagar per un error que ells mateixos havien comes. Poc despres vam rebre una trucada dient-nos que la diferencia era d'11 euros, pel qual vam acabar acceptant. Però, per sorpresa, una hora despres vam rebre un altre missatge dient-nos que en havien tret les coses de l'habitació sense el nostre permis i sense estar nosaltres davant, cosa que parla molt de la poca professionalitat del personal que hi treballa. Gens recomanable, val la pena pagar 20 euros més i allotjarte en qualsevol altre lloc.
