As a food-service vet I was frustrated beyond measure. Uninspired and bland cuisine. To be fair, the insalata frutti di mare was fresh and right on, but the cod steak with white bean cream was dull as shoes. The melanzane meatballs similarly tasteless. Typical service flow just didn't happen, it was abysmal: We were thirsty the entire time, no check-in right after food was served or even after we were through (!) as they took our unfinished plates away—no concern about whether we enjoyed any aspect of our dinner. The cool/terrible thing about online reviews is that ANYONE can leave a review, even those who are easily dazzled and duped by the slightest veneer of elegance, hence the 4+ star rating. If you get stuck here involuntarily, order a glass of the yummy Lagrein to take a bit of the sting away.

Locale raffinato nel pieno centro di Sperlonga. Anche in settembre molto gettonato, consigliato prenotare in anticipo.

Risotto superlativo, gamberoni eccellenti, insalata mista abbondante e veramente mista! Pesce freschissimo e si sente, tavoli apparecchiati molto elegantemente. Camerieri cortesi e attenti. Si spende un po' di più ma ne vale la pena. Ah, non fanno frittura di pesce ma non ne senti l'esigenza quando mangi pesce fresco e ben cucinato.

Ein schönes Restaurant mit einem tollen Ambiente, man fühlt sich wohl hier. Das Essen ist ganz vorzüglich, gehoben und doch einfach, die Qualität der Zutaten macht es aus. Der Service der Damen war super zuvorkommend professionell herzlich und erfrischend, der Service des jungen Mann war … mhm sagen wir mal eigenartig und gelangweilt, Flasche Wein … auf, Etikett zeigen etc überwertet, vielleicht hatte er nur einen schlechten Tag und es hat ihm gut getan in der Ecke zu sitzen und ins Handy zu tippen, egal…. Wirklich zu empfehlen
Nel risotto con la crema di scampi troppa panna, deludente le linguine alle vongole, nel complesso piatti un po' troppo sapidi, conto troppo alto per la qualità delle materie prime. Servizio cordiale ed accogliente.
