BORGO TRE ROSE

Con un gruppo numeroso di amici abbiamo pranzato nel ristorante di Borgo 3 Rose a Pasquetta: totalmente sotto le aspettative e classico posto che "vive" di turisti. A parte il servizio non eccezionale per come il ristorante vorrebbe piazzarsi, 3/4 piatti di quelli proposti erano terminati al nostro arrivo. Capisco che in cucina può succedere tutto, ma avevamo prenotato almeno una settimana prima, è inammissibile che finiscano molti degli ingredienti il giorno di Pasquetta, quando sai che hai il ristorante sarà pieno e nel menù hai 20 piatti massimo. Abbiamo ordinato in molti l'antipasto con salumi e formaggi misti e ogni piatto arrivava diverso dall'altro, a chi mancava un salume, a chi un altro. Abbiamo dovuto chiederglieli a parte... Addirittura a uno di noi che aveva ordinato la cheesecake al limone è stata portata dopo caffè e amari dicendo: "scusa abbiamo finito il limone" e quindi una cheesecake bianca senza niente, nemmeno con della frutta o un topping. I dolci in generale assolutamente da rivedere. Abbiamo preso molti amari (chiaramente del discount) e caffè, non ci è stato offerto nemmeno un vinsanto, e può andare bene, non è obbligatorio. Ma al momento del conto, ci viene detto che non possiamo pagare ognuno per conto proprio (un tavolo di 20 persone!) e che uno di noi doveva accollarsi il compito di pagare per tutti, poi dovevamo sbrigarcela da soli: più di €1560 di conto! Come si può pensare che una persona possa pagare con un'unica transazione un conto così? Molte carte nemmeno hanno un massimo di transazione tale. Non volevano farci pagare con carta ognuno la propria parte! Solo dopo che ci siamo impuntati e indignati, siamo riusciti a farlo. Ridicolo. Più di 70€ a testa per un pranzo totalmente non all'altezza delle aspettative. Il posto è anche molto bello, ma nel complesso è una trappola per turisti, andate a mangiare altrove.

Such an amazing retreat! Also the Borgo to us as we got married here which also did work out very well back in 2015! Only good things to say.

This place is weird. Landscaping and marketing photos are great at making this place look very nice from a distance or walking through the little “village”. But the rooms are outdated looking like they are from the 70’s especially the bathroom with a concave tiled slippery floor that you can easily slip and fall on. There is a kitchenette and a mini bar but you are not allowed to use them. The tower building in the “village” is a separate Airbnb with a separate gate next to this hotel’s gate. Gate is also not open when you’re driving in or after handing the keys over to leave the property. Staff are polite but not nice or kind. No do not disturb sign. The restaurant on properly is bad. I would suggest to look into other agriturismo homes in Tuscany for a better experience. This place just felt not authentic and no hospitality.

В нашем путешествии по Тоскане остановились на 2 ночи . Красивейшие виды на виноградники , красивый ухоженный сад на территории. На этом все что нам понравилось. Номера очень тесные , а самое неприятное это жесткая неудобная маленькая кровать . Душевой уголок настолько тесный что сложно поднять руки что бы мыть голову. Кондиционер периодически трещит и свистит чем будит несколько раз за ночь. Девушка на ресепшен очень приятная , а в ресторане персонал совсем нет . С одной стороны все чисто и красиво но не атмосферно , возвращается не захотелось .
