L’hotel è posto su una collinetta a poche centinaia di metri da Porto Santo Stefano in posizione tranquilla. La struttura è datata ma pulita sia negli spazi comuni che nella camera. Dispone di una piccola piscina e di un bel terrazzo all’ultimo piano. La sistemazione è composta da un ampio soggiorno con cucina, camera e bagno con vasca. C’è anche un grande balcone con una bella vista che spazia dalla baia sottostante fino al tombolo della Giannella. Incomprensibile la presenza della cucina con elettrodomestici non funzionanti. Ottima e abbondante la prima colazione (dolci e salati) con torte di qualità. Gentilissimo e cordiale il personale sia quello di sala che quello ai piani. Professionale il personale alla reception

De locatie is prachtig zeker als je een kamer met zeezicht hebt. Alleen het hotel is wat gedateerd. Personeel erg vriendelijk. Alleen belachelijk dat we met z'n 2en 30 euro extra moesten betalen om 1 uur gebruik te maken van de kleine pier aan zee welke bij het zwembad hoort. Dar zou niet zo moeten zijn wat mij betreft.

Ho organizzato una sorpresa per il 40° anniversario dei miei genitori durante il loro soggiorno in questo splendido hotel. Desidero esprimere la mia gratitudine nei confronti dello staff, che si è dimostrato estremamente disponibile e mi ha fornito preziosi consigli nella preparazione di questa sorpresa. Il risultato è stato eccezionale e ha superato tutte le aspettative! Inoltre i miei genitori si sono sentiti super coccolati e sicuramente ritorneranno!

Posto incantevole, una delle esperienze più belle fin’ora, personale super accogliente e camere di altissima qualità, vi consiglio vivamente di venirci, grazie a tutto il personale per l’esperienza
But- the internet I would rate for 4/10. The last day there was no warm water under the shower, and at the reception they told us that we need to push a button 15min before to heart the water! There was no info, no sign, nothing. If I would go out to the reception there is no way we would know what to do. I took a cold shower. Really?! In a hotel for over 150€ per night? In the room there were only 2 knifes and 1 fork. We ordered some food to the hotel and we couldnt eat while having 1 fork for two of us. For me this place even with a beautiful view (and you can have a room with a garden, which is amazing) is completely NOT WORTH the money. Not more than 40€/per night. At breakfast you can see those commercials that they use good quality, local products which is not true. Cheapest ham in the toast, poor quality products. I feel totally cheated for money in that place.
P.S.
In the bathroom there is only shower gel and soap. Not even a shampoo/conditioner or lotion. Nothing.
