Non posso che dare 5 stelle, ora capisco perché è un ristorante stellato Michelin. Piatti speciali, molto curati. Servizio impeccabile, è importante spiegare al cliente cosa c'è nel piatto in modo da istruire in un certo modo al gusto e apprezzare i piatti scelti. Alla fine non andava il POS per il pagamento ma sono stati gentilissimi ad aspettare un oretta dopo che ci siamo allontanati a fare un giro in città e ritornare a pagare, credo che non avrebbero avuto problemi ad aspettare anche un altro giorno. Questo è quello che significa prendere cura del cliente, se sceglie di andare in un posto del genere deve ritenersi soddisfatto dell'esperienza. In tanti posti uno può mangiare, anche un hamburger in un fast food ma qui ci va per fare un esperienza particolare, da 5 Stelle...

Ambiente molto bello, anche se il contrasto tra arredamento classico e decorazioni contemporanee non lo rende particolarmente accogliente, piatti buoni, non eccezionali (nel pollo il tartufo era solo una vaga reminescenza) , a parte il dessert davvero squisito e il pane squisito. Servizio discreto

Had dinner last night with classical tasting menu which had 3 courses and a dessert. The main course of fish was not good at all, over cooked and not soft. My sun had the chai Jen with truffle, better than my fish.
The 1st course of mine was a soup, very salty. The pasta for my son is just okay, nothing special.
The appetizer for both of us was chicken liver, sweetened with hazelnut, like from grocery store, nothing special.
Overall not have impression of Michelin star and not recommended.
