The rooms were dirty, there was a lot of dust and dirt under the bed, there were human cuticles on the clean sheets and they were not very clean in addition I received a broken, ripped, stained pillow. Where the staff assured us it was disinfected. I even saw the ladies cleaning the room and it was very superficial

My stay was exactly what I asked for. Comfortable, conveniently located near the train station and airport and the staff were friendly and helpful. I was travelling by myself and I felt very safe. The room was clean, warm and the bed was comfortable. My only issue was that there was no soap in the bathroom. I would definitely stay here again if I'm ever in Pisa.

Son unos estafadores todo sucio el baño olor a orines, para caminar en la habitación casi por encima de la cama. No es un hotel como nos dijo la niña que nos atendió es un albergue. No lo recomiendo ni para un rato, aparte súper caro para lo malo que es. Y se arrienda las toallas no es que te pasan una.
