The service though, not good at all. No time management, no real internal communication between the employees. We asked for a table, they prepared it but forgot to advise us it was ready. So we waited 15 minutes outside for no reason after we realized they forgot telling us about the table.
For the starter we waited 30 minutes. One shared starter.
For the main course we waited 30 more minutes after we finished the starter plates. The real problem is that the 5 main courses (we were 5 persons) arrived in 3 different rounds / timing. Not nice to wait while others are already eating.
We also asked for the grated Parmigiano (for pasta) 3 times. Usually they bring it with the plates.
2 of 5 plates were not hot, kinda cold.
When at the end we paid we explained the situation and that we were happy for the food but disappointed for the service management. While we were talking with the staff a very rude Italian customer interrupted us all by saying we were just annoying and asked us to leave the restaurant soon. Maybe another alpha male with a hero/ego complex to fix.
I think a restaurant should know before working the capacity of tables and people they can serve and manage in order to make the customers feel good.
The employees were very nice people, just disorganised??
Anyway you can eat very good here.
In due di noi non abbiamo ricevuto i nostri piatti per 1 ora perché "Mi spiace, ma la comanda non è mai partita" anche se la cameriera ha effettivamente preso l'ordine; in cassa, non si sono scusati dell'accaduto, né hanno fatto un cenno a venirci incontro sul prezzo per questo disguido.
Siamo rimasti altri 45 minuti in una sala in silenzio, senza nessuno che venisse a chiederci se volessimo dolci, caffè o il conto. Ci siam dovuti alzare noi per fare cenno di venirci a considerare.
La pasta di una di noi era estremamente scotta, ma del tipo pappa che si scioglie in bocca.
La qualità del cibo (tolta la pasta scotta) non era affatto male, ma i prezzi sono estremamente gonfiati per quanto servito - il vino anche niente di che, ma perlomeno abbordabile.
Dire che non tornerò è estremamente riduttivo.
