Crudi favolosi, cotti stupendi.
Una critica è per il personale che per un ristorante di tale categoria è poco attento:
Niente salviette umidificate se non le chiedi.
Il vino viene servito dopo che hai ricevuto gli antipasti.
Gran plateau di crostacei, aragosta e astice senza adeguata posateria e un piatto per gli scarti.
Piccolezze che non rovinano l'esperienza ma visto il costo di una cena sarebbero da migliorare.
For our group experience was exhausting. They served the appetizer at the same time as the main course and forgot to bring the main course for one person so we had to wait forty minutes and then I had to eat the main alone while the rest of the table was bored because we had all been sitting waiting for the rest of the food for an hour. Should have just left.
