This is a lovely hotel, great value, conveniently located near one of the portas, close to parking and food. They do have an elevator, and you can pay the hotel to park in the lot for your whole stay, which was handy, and there is a lift from the parking lot up to town.

We can not say enough about Massimo. What a kind and helpful gentleman, and a dog lover, he has been our favorite person so far. The hotel has an ancient well and an excavated portion that you can view, don't miss it, it is amazing.
We did not add the breakfast to our room stay, a cappuccino and pastry is plenty for us, and there are cafes maybe 100 feet from the hotel.

Hotel staff were helpful, hotel is very clean, and has a lovely terrace.

We very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone.

We had a wonderful time on this hotel. Excelent location, food, cleaning.. the staff was very prestative and provide us with information to enjoy the town and the surrounding areas.... if I ever return to San Giminiano, I will definitely stay in this hotel once again. ❤️????????????
