Very professional and helpful staff. The room we stayed in was very clean and tidy and the breakfast was delicious. If you're arriving with a car, there are more than enough parking spaces. On the other hand, I really hope that the owner will change all the room doors because the noise they're making is unbearable. For anyone with poor fitness skills, I don't recommend going to San Gimignano on foot because you will have to climb quite a bit using a dusty local road or the main road, which is extremely busy. If you don't want to use your car for exploring the surrounding area, you have the option of renting a vespa in front of the hotel. I highly recommend this small hotel to anyone planning to visit San Gimignano area.
