We visit the surroundings of San Gimignano each year and always pay a visit (or two) to La Biscondola. Good food for a reasonable price and we always order the excellent Bruschetta. Nice and quiet corner just out of the busy main street and you can still see all the people walking by. I can understand the comments made in other reviews about the owner, but to us it’s like watching a real life Italian episode of ‘Fawlty Towers’ and part of the entertainment ????
