Ottima posizione, personale molto gentile e disponibile. Purtroppo abbiano trovato il bollitore dell'acqua sporco, con l'acqua del precedente cliente dentro, il frigo con delle bottiglie di acqua aperte. L'acqua calda non funzionava e abbiamo dovuto aspettare, senza essere almeno informati del guasto. Consiglio più attenzione ai dettagli e alla pulizia. In questo caso il rapporto qualità- prezzo non esiste proprio.

Izuzetno mirno mjesto. Nema nocne ili jutarnje buke, pa je odmor zagarantiran.
Ovisno o poziciji sobe, pogled moze biti predivan na staru jezgru. Krovna terasa je uvijek otvorena pa se odonuda moze uzivti i u sirem pogledu.
Obavezno treba paziti na raspored pranja ulica (subotom). Morate ukloniti vozilo jer ince dobijete kaznu. O tome ce vas informirati na recepciji.
Osoblje je vise nego susretljivo i ljubazno.

Una delusione, posto vicino al centro, ma la camera era pessima. Pavimento macchiato, mobili vecchi, mancava un comodino. Bagno con aspirazione rumorosissima.Questa camera non era presente su booking da cui ho prenotato. Colazione scarsa con pochissima scelta. Pessimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Non volevamo risparmiare.Preferisco risparmiare le foto.Da non tornarci.

Posizione perfetta, edificio molto bello.
Personale a tratti disponibile a tratti molto contratto.
Approccio generale da furbetti, viene indacata la presenza di aria condizionata nelle camere mentre in realtà si tratta di un pavimento con sistema di raffreddamento.

Also, wo fange ich an? Das Hotel ist bestimmt ganz toll, wenn man nicht das letzte Zimmer bekommen hat. Wir haben kurzfristig gebucht und hatten bei einer 4,4 ⭐️Bewertung auch mehr erwartet. Zimmer okay, wobei die Flecken auf dem Fußboden grenzwertig sind. Das Bad ist sehr klein, aber was wirklich nicht geht ist der mangelnde Abfluss in der Dusche und das dreckige Abluftgitter. Schade, wir werden das Hotel nicht mehr buchen, obwohl die Lage wirklich super ist. Auch das Parken mit einer E-Klasse war ohne Probleme möglich.

Big problem with parking.

We made a trip based on a driving experience around Tuscany. All reservations were strictly done with the criteria of having private parking.

The hotel only had 4 slots, already taken at our arrival.

Probably our fault because we didn’t reserve the slot in advance. Probably the fault of the hotel because they were promising a service, finally not available. The terrible coincidence was that the backup plan offered by the hotel failed, external parkings were full as well.

Result: trip to Siena ruined, lost the money, and had to go to other hotel in the last minute.

Had a comfortable stay for one night at this small hotel. The staff were polite and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable, better than what normally exists in Italian hotels. Location was walking distance from Sienna town centre. The only issue is the hotel was advertised as having parking available, in reality they only have two spaces. Free on street parking is avail Le if you can find a free space. Friday and Saturday mornings is street cleaning day, be careful to avoid a fine.
