Sadly no option to put 0 stars.
Similar to a couple of others in the thread below, Mangiacane have stopped responding to all emails regarding my potential rebooking after a wedding was pushed back due to COVID, I can only assume this is to allow them to keep the initial payment.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
I did however try to enquire about booking normally from a different email address and they responded within 1 hour, then when questioned they stopped responding again.
Such a shame for such an amazing location!

Really disappointing staff who have charged me without providing any details of what the amounts were for. At the time of check-out they agreed not to process any of the unknown amounts on the invoice as they too were confused, but in the days following they decided to charge my credit card without obtaining my consent. Now, when trying to get a response from them as to why I've now been charged, they simply won't reply. Looking at other reviews, this seems to be a common way of their team behaving and is incredibly unprofessional.
