We were yesterday at Hotel Palazzo Guadagni and we loved it. The girl serving snacks was very kind and polite. We communicated in turkish and had a blast.

We have visited rooftop bar. Amazing view, nice experience but the best part were people who work there. So polite, they do everything with the smile, like to talk to their guests to feel them like home. Keep up

We had a great experience with Hotel Palazzo Guadagni. It was nice that the location was away from the busier areas so it felt more relaxed. The service was wonderful and all of the staff members were kind. Our room was bigger than expected, had a cozy feel, and was exactly what we were hoping for. It was a bit loud being near the staff break room/above the kitchen, but we expected that with an older building. Thin walls and doors. But overall, we’d definitely recommend this stay!

Visited the rooftop bar this month and it just was amazing. Peaceful and pretty! The experience from the entrance is perfect, especially the girl that was serving us, called Anisa i guess, she was so friendly and lovely. She also helped us to find other places to visit around the city!
Loved Florence, loved Palazzo Guadani (loved Anise aswell????) and I can't wait to visit this place again????????????

My friends and I went for drinks at the rooftop bar, the view and the vibe were amazing, however, what stood out most was how nice the staff were, particularly Anisa who recommended some drinks to us.
Definitely check it out!
