最近修缮和装饰的五星级酒店，共4层，有一个露台

We stayed in 6 different hotels in Firenze in a calendar year, this was one of our favorites. We were there in late May 2023. Shout out to Leo at the bar for making a fantastic Negroni. The spa has a nice sauna and a cold plunge waterfall. We got a top 5 ever massage from Daniela. The hot tub on our terrace overlooking the river had issues but the staff handled it. The view of the Arno was incredible.. especially with a Leo Negroni in my hand.

Room with an air conditioner that must be turned on by calling concierge. Uncomfortable mattresses and pillows. Broken hangers in the closet. Heated towel rack in bathroom that doesn't work, which is absurd. Lights that do not dim, and are too bright for a white room. All of this and more can be yours to experience at this "5-star hotel". Book with caution!

Hotel très bien situé (accès centre historique a pied : 15 minutes) et chambre avec vu sur l'ARNO.
Personnel très serviable (voiturier) mais petit problème avec le français...
