One of our favorite places we stayed during our trip to Italy in March of 2024. The breakfast was amazing with vegan and vegetarian options. The cappuccino was delicious as were the fresh juices. The rooms were clean and even though we were in a busy area, we could not hear street noise from below. The hotel is in a prime location with easy walking to the leather/food market, the Accademia, the Duomo, the Uffizi, as well as other areas. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful with recommendations for local restaurants. The bathroom amenities were great and this was the only hotel out of 5 in Italy that had wash cloths.Check in and check out were easy. We were able to store our luggage before check in as well as after check out. They also have a convenient restroom right off the lobby that we were able to use before we checked in and after we checked out. I would definitely go back to this hotel and recommend it to others.

Warm staff and good breakfast. The rooms were well maintained but felt slightly dated. The front desk staff always made us feel welcome. The location of this hotel is great, a short walk to the cathedral, train station, and major sites. Unfortunately the wifi was not working properly during our stay so planning the days was difficult. I would still recommend the hotel, especially if you are traveling with kids or a family.

Very nice staff, great location, great breakfast. Rooms are very small even by European standards and very hot, thermostat didn't work even after we asked front desk to turn it on.

Hotel muito bom, excelente atendimento, café da manhã perfeito. Se um dia retornar a Firenze ficarei nele de novo.
