尽管如此，我们还是对 Hôtel Cellai 酒店寄予了更高的期望。
我们认为，这座酒店的灵魂在于它的主人。La déception fut à la mesure de l'attente.Malgré les prix associés aux 4-étoiles, ce n'est vraiment pas donné, la propreté laisse à désirer, certaines salles de bains sont anciennes (notre douche fonctionnait à peine) et pas adaptées au confort attendu d'un tel établissement...L'adresse attire cependant de nombreux touristes, notamment américains.L'ensemble est en effet d'un grand raffinement, avec lits à baldaquin, petit déjeuner varié, coins lecture dans les parties communes et petite terrasse sur le toit.

Good hôtel regarding proximity to the centre, commodities and specially a very kind employee named Ahmed who provided cool and wonderful ambiance in breakfast room moreover the good capuccino he served. What is just regrettable is the lack of different choices in TV, no internet connection in order to switch from italian channels to YouTube or any other internet channel.

Habitaciones polvorientas, la amabilidad del personal deja mucho que desear, y el desayuno escaso. Sin duda no es un hotel de cuatro estrellas.

Per il mio compleanno abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel, ottima colazione. Molto vicino al Duomo e Piazza della Signoria.
The rooms are very tiny and sometimes hard to move inside. Also, my room stank from the drainage system. It seemed to be a general problem in Florence as I could smell it here and there.
