In the bathroom we had mold in the ceiling that the janitor “fixed” by rubbing chlorine on it. Which is a big downside. Otherwise the staff is super friendly, the breakfast is very basic and small but acceptable.
depending on room you get it might be very noisy. There is a big hallway entrance that is very loud when people come and go. Busy street outside with shops and people walking. The location is amazing, ten minutes walk to the Dome.
If you stay here you must try the restaurant on the corner on the same street, the place is called Il Vezzo! The Florence steak was priceless. Don’t buy your drinks at the “supermarket” next door. PAM Local 5 minutes away is a crazy cheap alternative.

Only negatives - no English TV channels or ability to stream devices to TV; sofa bed was really uncomfortable for my sons, struggled to get much sleep over the 2 nights (main bed was really comfortable though!).
Il personale è gentilissimo!
Lo consiglio se si vuole fare poche notti perché le camere sono un po’ piccole e scomode, ma comunque con tutto il necessario. Tra l’altro sono molto pulite se ben un po’ datate.
La pecca veramente negativa è l’insonorizzazione, si sente TUTTO e anche bene. Vi consiglio dei tappi per le orecchie per chi ha sonno leggero.
Comunque rapporto qualità-prezzo lo trovo adeguato.
