Hotel staff and location were outstanding. Rooftop bar was a plus! Rooms were clean and serviced each day.

Exceeded all of my expectations! Stayed for 3 nights in April 2024, and was pleasantly surprised upon check in by the incredibly friendly and accommodating staff (the check in process was very quick!) Rooftop is insane with 360 views of Florence (and there was barely anyone there during my stay!) I had no idea breakfast was included, but it’s an EXCELLENT breakfast buffet that will please North Americans, Brits and Europeans alike. The ladies inside make a mean Americano too ;) I took my breakfast at the garden poolside area which I highly recommend. Birds chirping, sun shining, surrounded by greenery enjoying morning coffee! Pool was nice and clean (a little too cold to go in though). Room had an amazing view with windows that fully open & even a small little courtyard (I didn’t go out there but it’s probably ideal if you’re a smoker). Overall, excellent stay and I will 100% be back again next time I’m in Florence! Only reason I didn’t give the rooms 5 stars is the sink seemed to be clogged a bit (would fill with water quite quickly) and there was no blow dryer or clothing iron. Would’ve been great for there to be a small coffee machine as well.
Just remember, it is not a 5 start hotel
