HOTEL COSIMO DE’ MEDICI ^{* * *}

Excelente citio buenas vistas buenos tratos.

照片跟實際狀況有點落差，室內昏暗潮濕，水龍頭的水有股怪味。不過天花板有挑高，沒有壓迫感。房間可以放下兩個28吋的行李箱。

設備上蠻多都不能用，天冷的晚上暖氣甚至壞了。淋浴間隔門的封條壞了，洗個澡浴室就會滿地都是水，根本沒有乾濕分離。吹風機的電線整個從牆上脫落都沒修

這間飯店唯一的優點就是地點很讚，不用拖行李走在坑坑巴巴的石頭路上，對面有超市，很方便。離聖母百花大教堂不遠。雖然在熱鬧的地方，但不會吵，因為玻璃有用兩層隔起來。

我們的接待員是一位女士，飯店設施都沒有介紹，所以我們根本不知道有提供免費咖啡跟茶。冰箱裡的水是免費的也沒介紹。飯店整體只有1、2顆星等級而已

We had a lovely two-nights stay at here. The room assigned to us came with a queen bed and two single beds. The room came with ample space for us to place three large-sized luggages and there's still many spaces to walk after opening our lugagges! The room was clean and nice. Our room, 118 was just right in front of the breakfast area and there were chairs and tables at the common area right outside of our room too! So it was convenient for us to dine at the common area when we decided to pack some food to eat at the hotel for one of the nights.

Coffee, tea and hot water was free flow for the whole day at the breakfast area. The breakfast came with variety choices of pastries, bread, beverages and salami. It was nice!

Next, the hotel is very near to the Firenze S.M. Novella train station (3 mins walk). Very convenient if you're planning for a one day trip by train to nearby cities and attractions such as Pisa and Cinque Terre.There are also supermarket, restaurants, shops and also a self-service laundry (around 5 mins walk) near the hotel. Very good location!

As for the receptionists, the boy who served us when we were checking in was very polite, friendly and helpful. However when it comes to night time where another lady (wearing glasses) was on duty as the receptionist, the lady was a bit rude when we inquired something from her and she wasn't friendly as the boy on day time.

It was also worth mentioning that the hotel do provide free umbrellas for the hotel customers and it came super helpful when it was raining heavily for the two days we were staying there.

Overall we had a great stay at this hotel. Recommended!

Lo consiglio per la posizione, a due minuti a piedi dalla stazione e a 5 dal duomo, per la gentilezza del personale e per la colazione molto buona. Ma onestamente il bagno è talmente piccolo che non ci andavo quasi, unica cosa per cui dó tre stelle.
