Ottimo albergo, ottima posizione in centro e nelle vicinanze della Stazione.. Staff gentilissimo. Ci hanno tenuto i bagagli sino alla partenza del treno. Colazione assortita e di buona qualità

Molto comodo, affianco alla stazione e a tutti i mezzi di trasporto che collegano la città. Peccato che le camere sono poco insonorizzate, dalla porta della stanza entra la luce del giro scale e si sentono tutti i rumori. Inoltre di notte si sente un odore di scarico dal bagno abbastanza forte. Terrazza panoramica molto bella. Tutto sommato mi sento di consigliarlo perché il rapporto qualità prezzo é sicuramente eccellente, peccato solo per la poca insonorizzazione degli ambienti.

Albergo all’interno di un palazzo antico vicinissimo alla stazione di santa Maria novella. Situato al 3 piano con ascensore, presenta delle camere dotate di balcone con sedie e posacenere. Le camere sarebbero però da rimodernare, soprattutto gli infissi. Il personale è gentile e disponibile e la colazione è straordinaria. Salendo una scalinata a chiocciola,é possibile accedere ad una terrazza molto carina che permette una vista mozzafiato.

I can’t give more than 2 stars due to the dishonest business practices of this hotel. I booked a room at the 3 star Hotel Annabella but was downgraded to a 2 star room at Hotel Lilium which is in another building. One of the reasons why I booked the Annabella was because the website advertised the rooms as having smart televisions with access to streaming services. My partner and I enjoy watching some Netflix after a long day of walking around. However, the televisions in Hotel Lilium were not smart televisions and we could only access Italian channels. Very disappointed as I don’t think it is mentioned anywhere on the hotel’s website that they might downgrade you to a 2 star room in another hotel.
