在文艺复兴时期的宫殿中，比加罗廊（Loggia delBigallo）俯瞰着大教堂和修道院。很难找到比这更好的位置了！这是一家宁静舒适的酒店，拥有华丽的客房和宽敞的套房，每间客房都经过精心设计。大部分房间都能俯瞰教堂美景。Le seul point négatif revient au manque d'espace dans certaines chambres.Les pièces ont souvent été dessinées toute en longueur et il n'est parfois pas des plus aisé pour contourner son lit... Mais la décoration est légère, aux antipodes des couvre-lits surchargés de nombreux Italiens.房间也很舒适。

La ubicación del hotel es excelente☺️ Se oyen las campanas de la Catedral Santa Maria del Fiore.
El interior es muy acogedor y tiene su encanto. La habitación es limpia y con calefacción. El hotel merece su precio ????

Good: location.
Bad: everything. It’s not a 3 star hotel, it’s not even a 1 star. Rooms are dirty. AC? Yes it has AC, but it doesn’t makes air cold. It is making noises and dry air. Mosquitos they are everywhere. It’s impossible to feel refreshed after night in this room. Bed is dirty, bed sheets are dirty. Bathroom is dirty. Towels are dirty. Service desk lady doesn’t want to do her job. Hotel doesn’t provide enough towels for two guests (it was just one towel). I asked for one more towel, After arguing and proving that room was booked for two persons, she gave me another one, she put it directly on a lobby desk, where everyone puts money, documents and bags.
It is one of the worst hotel I ever stayed. I will never come back.

Is this the best location in Florence? Yes - next to the Duomo
Is it the most modern ? No - very traditional and all the better for that
Is it quiet? No, but you are next to some of the biggest church bells in the world and a very popular piazza!
Comfortable? Yes
Are the bathrooms modern? Not the room I was in, but perfectly serviceable and clean
Friendly? Yes 100%
good breakfast? Croissants, toast, museli, cereal fruit and coffee...enough said
Does the WiFi work - yep, very good
If you expect 8 person lifts look elsewhere but if you want an authentic hotel in a great location the Bigallo will not disappoint

Great location, typical hotel breakfast, but the small room and the need to climb many stairs to reach the bed and bathrooms was not easy or fun.
