The staff was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. They made reservations without hesitation and gave good city recommendations.
The room was amazing as well. The bed was comfortable and they offered enough pillows so that we had enough under our heads and could elevate our cankle-y feet at the end of the day. The bathroom was spacious and included a tub. It was just what we needed halfway through our trip. The AC was good.
The breakfast was fantastic. They served eggs (first time we found them on our trip!), lots of fruit, and pastries. The coffee was fantastic as well.
We loved their sitting room area with the prosecco and cookies. We often would go back for a break in our day just for those treats.
It was perfectly located to the main attractions of Florence. It was easy to walk wherever we wanted to go. Also, we travelled to Florence via the train station and it was an easy walk to/from there.
I would absolutely return to this hotel and recommend you check them out!

The rooms are small but very clean and comfortable. There is also a lounge that is open for water/tea/coffee all day so that was a welcome escape from the heat! The breakfast was also very good.
However, the best thing about the hotel by far was the staff - They were all so kind and polite, nothing was too much trouble for them! The receptionist and the breakfast host in particular were really lovely and made us feel valued as guests.
The stairs to reception are a downside... But not enough to put us off and the hotel are very good at ensuring that you get help with your baggage - Overall, would definitely stay here again!
