La entrada es un piso por escalera si o si. No tengo constancia de que me hayan avisado de este dato. Es un limitante.
Las instalaciones estan bien pero si son alergicos abstenerse. Nosotros tuvimos una experiencia poco comoda por ese tema, lo pudimos resolver usando mascarilla pero casi nos complica el viaje.
Las cortinas era el foco.
La gente hiper atenta y simpática.

Room Mate Isabella is the best hotel we have stayed in on our 36 day European trip.
The location was perfect for transport, shopping, sightseeing, and especially food.
We didn't need to request anything extra because everything we wanted was already provided.
Alessandra provided a seamless and friendly check-in and check-out, filled with useful information and some tips about our stay in Florence.
Our room was always perfectly kept by the staff along with a top-up before bed time.
Breakfast with Antonello was the highlight of our stay. His joyful can-do attitude made us feel at home every morning and his perfectly made spread satiated our needs.
He made our Christmas Day breakfast a special occasion.
This will be our only accommodation in Florence for future visits.

This delightful hotel is very centrally located within easy walking distance to all the main attractions. Its charming rooms are arranged with lovely attention to detail, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The staff was just amazing.Alessandra assisted us with restaurant reservations and organized a private trip to Siena, complete with wine tasting. Antonello's exceptional service at breakfast, serving up delicious coffees and omelettes with a smile, truly enhanced our experience. Overall, our stay was thoroughly enjoyable!
For those sensitive to noise, earplugs might come in handy due to the quaint and characterful nature of this older building with thinner walls and the central location.
We’d 100% stay there again!
