Excelente hotel. La ubicación inmejorale, a menos de 200 metros de la Piazza della Signoría. La habitación amplia, limpia y muy bien equipada. La decoración del establecimiento era muy linda.
Impecable el servicio al cliente, nuestro avión se retrasó más de 3 horas y llegamos al hotel a eso de las 22 horas. Le habíamos comunicado al hotel nuestro problema y había un empleado esperándonos que nos ayudó a subir nuestro equipaje y nos explicó todo lo necesario sobre como manejarnos.

Perfect location We were able to walk to many of the highlights in Florence. The hotel was small but very comfortable with large rooms and great staff!

Fantastic location! Very secure. You have to use a key card to get into the building. The staff was very helpful and friendly. There is an elevator however you still need to go up one flight of stairs before you get to it. Wasn’t an issue for us but important to know. Great spot close to everything. We were there during a horrible heat wave so I’d avoid Italy in July if you can but otherwise a great trip!

Hotel fabuloso. Extremamente bem localizado, ao lado da Piazza de la Signoria, perto do Duomo, de excelentes restaurantes... tudo perto e a pé. Discreto, exclusivo, quartos excelentes, funcionários muito educados e corteses, ótimo café da manhã, numa cidade pra lá de fantástica. Posso falar com tranquilidade porque fiquei bastante tempo por ali. Muito bom mesmo, recomendo.
