Abbiamo soggiornato 5 giorni circa, non abbiamo riscontrato nessun problema. Mi dispiace vedere le recensioni negative perché ci stiamo trovati benissimo, la Signora sopratutto molto disponibile e gentile, l'ultimo giorno addirittura lei personalmente ha comprato i cornetti freschi Presti dal forno. L'unico difetto se dobbiamo proprio metterlo è la posizione dell'hotel, ma infine il centro è facilmente raggiungibile in pochissimo con i mezzi, infine a mio parere non è un difetto da far mettere meno di 5 stelle. Wondering if this hotel was the inspiration for Fawlty Towers. We will remember this accommodation for a long time for all the wrong reasons. Upselling breakfast…repeatedly, Powerpoints stuck behind the bedhead and unable to be used for the bedside lights or chargers. A fridge that has no power point at all, a sheet of wallpaper covered plywood with no handles serving as a bathroom door, the frequently mentioned paper thin walls, the list goes on.
Nice front door and VERY secure! Only 4 locks to get through to access our room!

Giving 4 star ratings mainly because of the 3 male reception staff,all 3 of them & the lady who served us breakfast! Polite,welcoming with a smile,highly accomodating! Thank you! ???????? Kind behaviour of the staff made our stay pleasant especially after the rude services we experienced from hotel & restaurant staffs in Rome!

Clean,comfortable rooms! Toilet/bathroom in good working conditions!

Need improvement: ????
-Wall in the bedroom seeped,water was on the floor,the wall was damp! The staff mopped the floor dry & rubbed cleaning alcohol.Our room wasn't changed.Management said the building is old! The damp wall made us uncomfortable as damp & mouldy wall without proper ventilation can be bad for health!
