Ho prenotato questa stanza tramite booking, il giorno dopo aver fatto la mia valutazione sul sito dove ho messo che non recomendava il posto per anziani neanché per persone con bambini per la quantitá di scale la proprietaria alle 5:30 del mattino mi ha mandato un messaggio al mio telefono personale dicendo parolacce a me, mia madre e mia figlia chiamandomi di analfabeta, tra altre tanti agresioni che non posso scrivere qua, giustificando che nel suo anuncio diceva che aveva le scale ma è chiaro che la "signora" ELENA é una persona che non ha idea di come affrontare le recensioni dei ospeti per reagire in questo modo, anche io affitto immobili e non mi sono mai permessa di aggredire una persona per non essere d'accordo con una recesione, Io NON CONSIGLIO assolutamente questo posto, la proprietaria deve davvero imparare a rispettare i suoi ospiti e a non usare i telefoni personali per inviare messaggi di odio. Una totale assurdità, Una persona così maleducata dovrebbe cambiare lavoro perché non è adatta ad accogliere persone .

Visto che scopro ora che mi è stato risposto da questi maleducati alla mia recensione su Booking di un soggiorno fatto dal 16 al 18 marzo 2023 ripropongo anche qui la stessa recensione

Personale, qualità prezzo, ho richiesto una culla per neonato e ci è stato messo in camera un box (che va benissimo) peccato che lo stesso fosse SENZA materasso, quindi inutilizzabile, bagno con un lavandino

Central location with walking distance to major attractions, plenty of restaurant options and supermarket nearby, on a busy street yet quiet at night. That’s basically what and all you are paying for.

Very outdated facilities, lack of maintenance, small room and tiny bathroom, shabby closet (storage space with loose shelf and no door), tricky toilet flush, far away socket, shared fridge in the corridor and steep stairs. Overall, with no comfort, not to mention aesthetic pleasure (in such an inspiring renaissance capital).

In fact, the pics looked much better than the real thing. This is a hostel, not a 3-star hotel. During our holiday in Italy, among all five hotels (with similar location value and price range) we’ve stayed, this one is exceptionally disappointing. Over-priced and over-promoted. Definitely will not go back, and wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

perfect location!! we were right in the heart of Florence and it made everything so convenient! it definitely has spoilt us as now we are not used to travelling half an hour to get to the city centre in our next place. Will definitely recommend this place in the future! The staff were super helpful and lovely too :)
