No site menciona que a recepção é 24h, mas para me prevenir na própria reserva eu mencionei que chegaria 5 da manhã e também enviei e-mail. Quando cheguei 5 da manhã bati na porta e ninguém atendeu, liguei 3 vezes, mandei SMS, email, e não obtive resposta. Voltei a tentar bater na porta novamente 6:30 e o atendente não me perguntou nem meu nome, nem detalhe sobre minha reserva, só disse que era muito cedo, que não tinha como cancelar minha reserva quando questionei, e também não me deixou entrar, toda essa conversa se deu na rua. Pior atendimento que já vi.

Muy buena ubicación, cerca de la estación de trenes y caminando se puede llegar a las principales atracciones de la ciudad. Muy buena atención de los conserjes y excelente servicio de café disponible todo el día

All was good check in fast and easy to borrow towel for 1 € for all stay. The have free coffee and juice machines forks knofes and plates and tables. No bowls there and no kitchen . Rooms were big and bit old but safe . Roommates depends who you get . Location good you can get to train and museum fast . All good but old hostel .female solo

The staffs are good, but the facilities and neighborhoods are awful…
First, the room was old and not clean, there were mosquitos and small flies. The worse we came into air conditioner broken, though the staff was nice to go check and provide blankets for warmth since it can’t be fixed, but we felt bad…
Second, the room is right next by the bar, you will be forced to sleep with the noise the singing and drunk yelling until 4am EVERY NIGHT!
It’s my second time living here, I feel disappointed to choose here again…
But the 0F shared space is spacious and comfortable with 24hrs coffee and water provider. If you’re a solo traveler seeking for hostel to stay, it’s a good choice. But for a double room cost over a hundred Euro per night with city tax, it’s not worth it.
