Super nice hostel within walking distance from the main attractions of Florence. Rooms were very clean and the staff super friendly and helpful ????

Le personnel de l’accueil ainsi que les agents de sécurité sont très peux aimables et peu souriants. Durant tout le séjour des menaces constante concernants nos moindre faits et gestes nous pèsent sur la conscience. Des cafards se baladent dans les chambres, dans les couloirs ainsi que dans la piscine. Le personnel n’aide pas à ce propos non plus.

Hotel très peu recommandé.

Malgré tout, les chambres sont plutôt correctes et l’hôtel est bien placé.

Our room was full of mosquitos which ruined our trip. We were unable to sleep at night because of this. It was not a very social hostel and the crowd of people was either older or kids on school trips. I would definitely not come back again.

A basic value for money hostel. There is no water kettle, mini fridge or cups etc in the room as these are located in a basement common room. My room for 3 persons unfortunately has only 1 electric point, which was rather inconvenient.

It is early spring and we found there are quite a few mosquitoes in the room (we did open the window for a very short time of a few minutes on the first day and that may have allowed the mosquitoes to invade the room).

For breakfast, you can walk across the road to try Caffe Rainer (see photos) than to take the hostel breakfast - better value for your euro imho.
