Terrible, terrible restaurant. This restaurant needs to go out of business. The only reason this restaurant is staying afloat is because majority of customers are tourists and not repeat customers. I made a reservation for 19:30 and showed up 19:00. Despite showing up early they took my family in. However, the restaurant was not happy when we ordered typical primi and secondi because it will take too long. So we asked to bring them out at the same time since the pastas were for the kids mainly. When the server brought out the Florentine steak (T-bone steak), he brought out a T-bone steak without a tenderloin. When we asked for a heavier cut, then we saw a proper T-bone steak with small piece of tenderloin attached to it. When the steak was ready, the server cut the steak in front of us and he dropped a piece of tenderloin he cutted. Yet, the server didn’t apologize or offer any consolation for his mistake. When we were done with the main dish, we asked for a dessert but the server told us to leave because we stayed at the restaurant for too long. We stayed there for total of 1 1/2 hours but the restaurant never told us we have to leave within 1 1/2 hours so they can receive next table. Avoid this restaurant at all costs!!!

A 700 mt.dal Ponte Vecchio,500 da P.zza Santa Croce,rapporto qualità prezzo eccezionale. Abbiamo mangiato molto bene e speso poco. Consiglio il tegamino del carcerato alla pistoiese. Consiglio prenotazione per non restare a bocca asciutta. Complimenti ai cuochi e ai camerieri.
