this restaurant has some rules in order to manage good service and quality.I don’t understand negative comments especially about owners.Food quality is superb.Good pasta and also traditional and fine fiorentin cousine .Good wine selection and prices.This one will be one of my priority adress at Florance .

Please go with an open mind! Zeb is an elegant restaurant with fantastic food. The staff really know what they are doing, especially regarding wine, that will go well with your dish. If you want to visit somewhere with super friendly and chatty staff, this may not be the place for you. If you want a brilliant experience with your food and wine, please go here. We stumbled across this place and walked in to make a booking for that evening and we could! They serve typical Tuscan dishes that do not disappoint and the prices are not too high.

Florença tem uma pérola gastronômica e por isso a Michelin está de olho neles a um tempo e pude ver porque, é um restaurante de alta gastronomia o tamanho não importa mas sim o peso da cozinha nos pratos. Chegando já somos bem recebidos e nos apresentando o cardápio vimos que seria um experiência perfeita, poderia explicar os pratos que pedimos mas o cardápio é curto e bem montado peça o que mais combinar com você e seja feliz! O balcão é espetacular eu sempre venero restaurantes que tem. Não esqueça da sobremesa que é maravilhosa. Recomendo!
