The most authentic restaurant experience in Florence. Gilda hand writes the menu each week and the food changes. You can visit many times and get completely different dishes. I cannot recommend visiting here enough

Wonderful classic Italian restaurant, perfect for lunch. Beautiful atmosphere, such lovely, helpful & kind service (perfect English translations too!), beautifully presented. We loved every bit of our meal and can’t wait to go back to try breakfast and dinner!

Very authentic. Very unique. Very intimate. Owner Gilda is a strong, confident and very direct. She treats you well when you are kind to her and her staff. We stumbled on this Resteraunt and we were very pleased.
