That is, until I asked to have my washing done. They told me to put them in a bag and turn it in. No other instructions except my room number. They ruined everything. All my light clothes were washed with dark ones in hot water (40c) I’m on a long term trip and cannot replace my expensive travel (smart wool) clothing. Worse! I was gaslighted by the manager when he pretended not to see the difference in the color of the clothes. I showed him pictures of before and after. Completely refused responsibility. He said I didn’t have to pay for the washing, but that was all. So disappointed.
