杜卡莱宫（PALAZZO DUCALE）

Palatul este superb, atat in interior cat si in exterior. E un palat in care admiri arta, vezi in el picturi celebre, arme medievale, treci pe celebra Punte a Suspinelor ca sa vizitezi inchisoarea. Din pacate personalul angajat acolo e arogant si cauta motive de galceava. Dupa ce am trecut de paza care are acelasi nivel de securitate ca la aeroport, m-am trezit ca unul dintre angajati se ia de noi - cel din poza care era la gustare cand am coborat. S-a legat de sotia si copilul meu - ca nu avem voie cu ghiozdanelele din spate inauntru. Arogant, impertinent, ne-a obligat sa lasam ghiozdanele la garderoba, ca sa privim cu stupoare ca toti ceilalti turisti aveau ghiozdane, genti si aveau voie cu ele. E suficient unul din asta ca sa iti strice toata ziua. Altminteri, palatul este superb, merita vizitat.

Un très beau lieu historique mais le personnel à la caisse est très désagréable.

Venice is beautiful!

Was not possible to have audio guide, the stuff unpleasant

The ticket price is outrageously high, and we definitely had a visit experience that was not worth the price. We despite choosing a less crowded period in Venice and purchasing tickets in advance with a specific time slot, the palace was still crowded. This can only mean they are selling too many tickets without considering visitors' experience.

The first and longest part of your visit is a dull exhibition about the palace and the Venetian dukes. If you know nothing about Venice Palace and Dukes, the exhibition might be interesting, but if you have even a bit of knowledge, it will feel boring. The rooms they prepared for this exhibition are specially designed to close off the palace, with walls covered in burgundy plaster and ceilings covered with nets, giving no sense of being inside a palace. We thought the whole visit would be like this, and we felt disappointed.

In the second part, you get to see the grand palace rooms and halls. The rooms are truly beautiful with their magnificent ceilings and walls adorned with paintings.

The third part involves visiting the prison by crossing the Bridge of Sighs. It's an empty and boring walk. You only see prison cells.

In short, you pay an exorbitant fee to see a few rooms and halls of the palace amidst a crowded mass of people. I definitely don't think it's worth it.
