location is perfect! It's very easy to get there. literally the spirit of venezia! I woke up to a beautiful view. Being central (Dorsoduro area) I felt more local feelings. It was definitely what I was looking for. It is very close to the Vaporetto stop but I prefered walking and I could walk everywhere easily, I also had great walks in the early morning hours. The staff was very kind and helpful, they recommended me some good local restaurants near the hotel and allowed me to leave my luggage after check-out. Their breakfast room was also excellent. Definitely recommended

Landed in Venice late afternoon. Maximo greeted us and was very nice and helpful. Our room was clean and nice. Old style furniture and an Amazing View.
The breakfast was very nice with a variety of items.

This is such a special family-run hotel. The rooms are just right, location's great and the reception staff very nice and extremely helpful.

Such a bad experience never again! Un très mauvais accueil, une relation détestable avec le jeune propriétaire, colérique, menaçant.

Excelente opção de hospedagem em Veneza. Ótima localização, quartos extremamente limpos e organizados e o serviço sempre gentil e solícito.

From arrival to departure the service was fantastic. The rooms were clean, the rooms were decorated with authentic antique furniture. The shutters looking on to the canal. The breakfast was excellent with quality foods e.g. rolls, meats, variety of cheses, coffee, juices etc. The breakfast room itself is stunning. The staff spoke several languages and were incredibly helpful with knowledge of the districts/ferries or places of interest.

Avendo un bambino di 22 mesi non ci hanno dato lettino per il bambino con scusa della sicurezza e mancanza di spazio, invece proprio per sicurezza discorso e opposto per sicurezza del bambino sono obbligati di fornire il lettino,letti scomodi e su tutto al mattino mancanza totale del acqua, in poche parole abbiamo usato Seguso come appoggio per visitare gli familiari, non abbiamo dormito bene non siamo stati in possibilità di lavarsi ,unica nota positiva colazione e tre ragazze del servizio mattino, e tutto questo per modica cifra di 250 €,per due adulti bambina di 12 anni e bimbo di 22 mesi. PERO SEI A VENEZIA!!!! PENSIONE SEGUSO!!!!

Pokoje jak i caly hotel zachowany w pieknym starym stylu. Kilka mrowek w pokoju ale od razu zadziala recepcja tak wiec bez tragedi. Klima w pokojach. Bardzo mila obsluga. Pyszne sniadanko z swiezo pazona kawka .

It exceeded my expectations in all aspects. Location in Dorsoduro is very strategic (away from crowds and still close to walk or take a vaporetto wherever you need to go). The building faces the water on two sides, so lots of rooms do have a view. The interior and the overall style and feel of the place is exceptionally authentic. You feel the spirit of the city and the long-life of this family hotel. As a designer I enjoyed all the details around the rooms and the shared spaces. Rooms have all I needed: old charming furniture, comfortable bed, airco, clean bathroom, strong shower + the view (did I mention the view?) : Great detail is that the breakfast is always included and the coffee is to die for. Very friendly staff, that offers you all kind of tips and assistance needed.

Beautiful location, excellent customer service, my flight was delayed from London and reached hotel 2am. Customer service team was in touch with me throughout my journey and explained me how to reach hotel Safely at night. Room with classic touch and beautiful.

Staff is really nice and helpful. 24h service. Location is good and directly at a large canal. Rooms are cosy, clean and have AC. Breakfast includes fresh served coffee, otherwise rather basic. Price is good for Venice. Not cheap, but well.. it's Venice.

Charming, authentic, air conditioning in our room, views of canals from balcony windows. Friendly staff, warm welcome. I can't describe how special this gem of a hotel is. Antiques, Murano glass chandeliers. Delicious buffet breakfast. Brilliant location ????????????????

J'ai appris avec stupeur et par hasard qu'il m'avait bloqué sur le site Booking car je n'avais pas voulu payer un supplément.
C'est faux !!! En fait j'étais cliente depuis environ 10 ans dans cet hotel et à ma dernière visite en mars 2023, la maman m'avait dit OK pour changer de chambre car ils n'étaient pas complet mais lors de mon départ le jeune patron n'a rien voulu savoir et m'a obligée, en retenant ma CB, à payer un supplément, ce que j'ai du faire sinon je ratais mon avion ! J'aurai dû me plaindre auprès de Booking mais ne l'ai pas fait et j'apprends que c'est l'hotel qui m'a boquée !!! c'est le monde à l'envers ! Je précise que j'ai 69 ans et voyage seule donc je n'ai rien du client à problèmes !
Ceci dit à mon prochain passage à Venise (j'y vais 1 à 2 fois par an) je passerai à la Pensione Seguso pour leur dire ce que je pense de la façon dont ils traitent les clients habituels !!!
Manifestement depuis l'arrivée du jeune patron qui se prend pour un Doge, cet hotel n'est plus le même !!!
