Stayed here for 5 nights during the last week of Carnival and it was truly a home away from home. The staffs are incredibly nice and that terrace on a sunny day is heavenly. Got upgraded to the magnificent Serenissima Suite and was very impressed by the facilities offered, including a dressing room, work station, and cozy living room. Location is around 10-minute walk from the Piazza San Marcos, which is completely fine with me because the piazza was so overcrowded throughout the Carnival. While I don't know if I can afford coming back here again, I'll definitely come back here again when I can.

I stayed here last year and it was without a doubt the nicest hotel I've ever experienced. The staff are incredible and the rooms are beautiful.

Best in Venezia, no discussion. If your budget allows It, go there and you will be glad that you did!
