This is by no means a 5 star hotel. I have been totally mislead by this rating. The hotel is old a tired with dirty worn carpets and upholstery. Poor breakfast that cost me €44, where they neglected to bring fruit juice, and the cooked breakfast lol. I was charged €10 euro for a tiny bag of low grade crisps, €10 tiny bag of nuts which were off. Don’t be fooled into booking this is my advice

era la prima volta che andavo a Venezia, ci ero passato per lavoro ma sempre fugacemente. ho deciso di passare tre giorni di relax e ho scelto questo Hotel. Una vacanza da sogno, un ambiente meraviglioso, fiabesco. personale molto gentile, camere gigantesche, pulizia impeccabile, la mia suite affacciava sul canal grande, alla sera e al mattino era come vivere in un film. Sale affrescate, colazione di qualità. Il ristorante 'L'alcova sul canal grande è delizioso e piatti ottimi. Lo consiglio a chi vuole trascorrere alcune notti come in una fiaba.

Belle adresse près du Ponte Rialto. Un beau Palazzo avec une vue magnifique sur le grand canal. Belle chambre spacieuse. Accueil professionnel. Beau petit-déjeuner et service digne d'un établissement de ce niveau.

A charming true Venetian building that offers style and attentive service that is gracious yet unpretentious. Its location is well situated for readily getting to various points in Venice by walking, vaporetto, water taxi, etc.

Very historic and elegant. We had the library suite with a terrace. Great location in Venice!
