这家最近翻新的小型精品酒店位于一条热闹的购物街，离圣马可广场只有10分钟的步行路程。圣扎卡利亚教堂也离得很近。房间干净舒适，有微笑的欢迎和有帮助的工作人员。早餐非常好，以自助餐的形式供应。三楼的一些房间有一个阳台，可以看到圣马可和卡斯特罗的屋顶。一个非常好的、中心的、令人愉快的访问威尼斯的基地。

Really good hotel. The staff were really helpful, attentive and polite. I unfortunately became very unwell whilst I was in Venice and required urgent medical assistance. The receptionist (sorry, don’t remember her name but it could be Isabella?) showed compassion and attentiveness, calling the ambulance and translating from English to Italian to the medical team. An asset to the hotel, along with some of the other staff such as the lovely cleaner. Thank you from myself and Azalia.

WARNING: Air conditioning is turned OFF until May! It was 26 degrees and impossible to sleep at night. No fans are provided. The only option was to leave the windows open which was very noisy. This barely helped and we ended up with multiple mosquito bites. We questioned reception on this and the man said it is their "policy". He was not pleasant. On their website, when you navigate to the room description webpage it says "independent air conditioning or heating depending on the season". This is intentionally vague and is not stated when you are booking the room. Great location. Rooms are tiny but ok. Cleaning staff are lovely. If it wasnt for the issues with AC this would get a 5 stars but we barely slept for the 2 nights we were there.

Great location, excellent customer service, room was spacious and clean. It was so nice that we booked another night. This hotel is highly recommended. We'll be back! :-) A word of advice: Don't mess with the breakfast manager, she is quite difficult to deal with when you ask to take your breakfast to the room.

Acabamos de volver de Venecia y aunque desgraciadamente n hemos podido disfrutar del viaje por haberme puesto mala el hotel se ha portado muy bien, el personal inmejorable, Isabella de la recepción es un encanto y el resto también. La ubicación del hotel es inmejorable. Yo les doy un 10. Gracias por su atención.
