Great hotel in Venice. Right in the heart of a nice community. No more than 15 min walk from all the sights, but away from the crazy crowds. Very peaceful. Nearby square has a market boat, couple of cafe's and of coarse gelato.

Great place to stay in Venice! You are off the crowds but in walking distance to all places of interest with wonderful Osterias and Cafés close by.
Une belle chambre spacieuse d’époque.
Mais salle de bain pas fonctionnel, une baignoire mais qu’on peut que remplir par le pommeau qui coule à deux à l’heure. Robinet du lavabo qui ne tient pas en position ouverte.
Quartier très charmant à environ 15-20minutes de la place saint marc
