Esperienza unica in termini di cortesia del personale attento al cliente nei minimi particolari ???? il fascino del Danieli avvolgente nei suoi marmi, ori e rossi della tappezzeria ! La camera impeccabile, la ricca colazione (a pagamento) viene servita al 5 piano da dove si può ammirare una vista mozzafiato circondati dai palazzi meravigliosi sulla laguna in Piazza San Marco ???? Abbiamo cenato nella meravigliosa hall poiché la musica al pianoforte di Tiziano ci ha rapito ???? tutto gustosissimo, servizio imbattibile ????
L’approdo presente in hotel permette ai clienti il trasferimento in taxi super comodo super client friendly !
Grazie per avere reso il mio compleanno un ricordo bellissimo ☀️ Arrivederci al Danieli beautiful Venice ????
P.S la sera del mio compleanno ho trovato in stanza una bottiglia di champagne ed una torta alla pasta di mandorle e frutti rossi deliziosa!! Davvero un gesto indimenticabile! ????

This review is only for the service in the main tea room. We had called previously to make a reservation and they said they would not make a reservation for tea for our group of 8. We split up and arrived with a small group of 4 to be told we could not be seated in a nearly empty room, that without a reservation they could not serve tea, and that we must order food if we were seated, and that we were not allowed to get up to go speak to our other friends who were seated 2 tables away from us. We were finally grudgingly seated and ordered food and other drinks, but service was terrible. When a nearby customer asked to take photos of our group ( we were dressed up with hats and nice clothes for the occasion) they said that wasn't permitted either. All in all the hotel staff were dismissive, rude, unhelpful, and clearly irritated by our presence, this was during the height of carnival on a quiet Saturday afternoon. The tea room was mostly empty. We had been excited to have tea in the beautiful hotel but this experience made it awful and we will not return.

Great location, nice rooms, and decent breakfast. Service is very good. Everyone from the front desk to the concierge was great to speak to and felt welcomed. I would stay here again.
On the flip side… Our room was facing the lagoon so it was pretty noisy at night. So keep that in mind if you get the lagoon facing room. The night service showed up the first night, didn’t show up the second night, and we had to call the third night. So not sure how that works and was a bit confusing.

Stayed here for 3 days and it was fantastic. Breakfast was included and was simply superb. The best part was the service which was impeccable. Rooms were very nice too. I would definitely come back. It was quite foggy in February when we went so couldn’t see too much of the view but I’m sure other times it’s beautiful. The water taxi dropped us off at a private entrance which was amazing too. The only thing is that our room faced the docks where lots of tourists come so at night it got a bit noisy. Besides that it was still a fantastic experience.

ディナーのフィレ肉は、バルサミコのソースが絶妙で、とても美味しくてボリュームがあったけど完食してしまいました！
値段も一流ですが、その価値はあるように思います。歴史的遺産に泊まれて、朝のテラスで家族写真が撮れるのは良い思い出になりました。ありがとうございました！
