We were about to not show up to our booking after going through all the reviews, however our stay was as comfortable as it could have gotten. Yes we stayed at the apartment few blocks past the hotel location, yes we carried ourselves and our luggages 8-10 floors up, but overall we had a comfortable and cozy 1 night stay as 2 ladies. Location is prime, and checkin-checkout was as smooth as it could be. Don’t expect anything grandiose , you are choosing a 2 star hotel. Towels are thin like pillow case texture and thickness, but it does its job! Choose this spot if you want to save some $$ on your accommodation in Venice. Arrivederci!

Do not book this at all. Hotel and agoda are making fool to everyone. I have booked this with agoda and they confirmed the hotel booking but when you reach there then hotel team will throw you in appartment where no hotel service available and worst rooms and as per receptionist its a agoda mistake and as per agoda hotel should accommodate you in hotel what booking confirmation is saying.
Am totally lost here and in pain for paying too much money for appartment which is too far from station

SCAM HOTEL! Beware!!! “Queen bed” is a sofa bed. The room was 1 km away from the train station and advertised location. We had intentionally booked close to public transport to catch a 6am flight. I asked the 2 men at checkin about options for an early taxi or way to get to Marco Polo. They laughed and told me that was too early and I should use the internet to figure it out. They also said it was too early for checkin. We decided to leave bags there and they had nowhere to store them so they sat out in the open. Not only did we have to lug 6 bags an extra km further over 4 bridges, our room was on the 6th floor! Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in!!

私達はフライトの都合で到着したのが深夜0時頃でした。ブッキングサイトにはレイトチェックインの場合€30と記載されていましたが、€60請求されました。指摘すると間違いだったとシラをきられました。
また、受付と実際に泊まる場所は徒歩10分弱あり、これもブッキングサイトに記載されていませんでした。
途中、街灯はなく真っ暗。大麻ショップや治安の悪い飲み屋があり恐怖を感じました。
現地に着くと、エレベーターはなく20キロの荷物を持って5Fまであがりました。また、部屋に入ると更に階段があります。
部屋に入るとベッドではなく、ソファーベッド。一部の部屋は電気がつきません。
冷蔵庫のコンプレッサーの音もうるさく、不快極まりありませんでした。
今まで数多くのホテルに泊まりましたが、人生最低のホテルです。
繰り返しますが、絶対に泊まらないでください。詐欺ホテルです。お金を払う価値はありません。返金してほしいです。旅行が台無しです。

Personale gentile, siaal nostro arrivo che la partenza, vista la pioggia ed il fatto che l'appartamento fosse altrove rispetto la reception, ci hanno fatto depositare i bagagli così da non averli al seguito.
Si può trovare di meglio.
