I know why you are checking this hotel, it is the cheapest option in Venice.
I booked here for 5 nights as soon as I saw how cheap it was. The email confirmation I got seemed suspicious, so I emailed them to confirm my booking. It is an @hotmail email. I emailed them 13 days ago, and as of today I still have not received a reply.
I also tried to call them on the number they provided, the automated response said that the number does not exist.
Please book somewhere else. I am currently in the dispute process with my card provider for hundreds of pounds. Please spend a little bit more for something decent and don't be an absolute cheapskate like me.

El hotel tiene las instalaciones en perfecta conservación y la limpieza e higiene son impecables ...muchas gracias....los súper recomendamos y si volvemos a Venecia seguramente volveremos. Aquí....El señor Gabriel muy atento a todos los detalles siempre.

We stayed in the hotel for 4 nights. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the train station with only 1 bridge to cross. It is a very peaceful and quiet area compared to St Mark's square and more affordable. It is less than 5 minutes walking distance from the Jewish Ghetto area in Cannaregio, and therefore close to 2 kosher restaurants and 1 kosher bakery, and the synagogues. It is about 25 minutes walking to St Mark's area. The hotel concierge helped us call a porter so we did not have to carry our multiple bags back to the train station and gave us advice for getting a refunded train ticket at the station since there was an error with the ticket we purchased. The room is on the small side with not much space to walk around - they give you a nice double bed and closet - but we fit ok. The hotel also has no elevator, FYI.

Per fortuna non avevamo niente di elettrico per terra ma tutte le nostre borse erano piene d'acqua,inoltre quando abbiamo notificato l'accaduto il personale delle pulizie è stato molto sgarbato sminuendo il fatto e dandoci la colpa.Il titolare ha cercato di trovare un compromesso dandoci un rimborso parziale(unica nota positiva). Potessi dare zero stelle le darei.
A voi che avete risposto alla mia recensione di ieri mattina. Non avete il diritto di sbandierare gli affare dei vostri clienti ai quattro venti,detto questo buona continuazione.
