This hotel was perhaps the biggest and best surprise of our trip. Completely hidden away down narrow alleyways with occasional bars and restaurants. We had to use Google maps to find it. The staff were patient with me as I tried out my basic Italian. The room was such a surprise as it looked like it had been very recently decorated. It was a short walk to St marks Square (5 mins), Rialto Bridge (3mins) and La Fenice (9 mins). We would definitely go back.

Beautiful hotel very close to San Marco, friendly and helpful staff, I recommend it to anyone who want to spend some time in the heart of Venice.

This is difficult to find unless you plan well first ,its perfectly located 4 mins from St marks square & 4 mins from the rialto Bridge where you get off from the water taxi called aliguna ,buy the tickets in advance so you can get straight off the plane ,then you walk to bay no 12 and take the taxi from there.The hotel has a great restaurant just around the corner ,and us in the heart of Venice so reasonable considering its location ,its styled in old venetian styling the rooms are small bathroom ok ,pillows are like bricks so ask for soft pillows and they will give you them went for the Venetian festival which was amazing highly recommended
